Cancellation Policy — Sneaker Workshop

Registration is binding and no refund of the amount paid is given.
However, it is possible to move one's enrolment to another workshop date, no later than 7 days before the original date.

If you are unable to attend yourself, you can hand over your booking to another person -- just remember to let us know with the new attendee's name no later than 24 hours before the workshop.

Changes later than 7 days before the workshop is held, unfortunately, cannot be accommodated and payment will lapse.

If the workshop is cancelled by us, the full amount will be automatically refunded or you may choose to move your registration to a new date.

However, you may reschedule your booking to another workshop date up to 7 days before your original date.
